Rooftop Hot Tub + Golf Simulator Near Uptown

Overall the place worked great for our family. Good location for our needs. Spacious main floor. The biggest issue we had was the listing shows 2 king beds but there was only 1 king. We rented this based on the beds listed. The parking is very limited and we had 3 cars/trucks so we had to park 1 of them offsite. Brian was very responsive on any other questions or small issues.

This was an excellent property to rent for family fun or friends looking to experience the Charlotte area together! I had a graduation dinner for my son during my stay which turned out amazing! I love the open floor plan on the main level and the rooftop provided a different experience all in the same property. Because we have more than two cars I was worried about the parking but the residential Street parking near the property. Location was not a problem at all. The gym downstairs was great but the stairs give you all the work out that you need. I highly recommend this property.

Brian was a delight to work with! It was a great place to stay for a weekend with family and the rooftop was spectacular! Would highly recommend for group events needing to be walking distance from Bank of America?

Brian was a very communicative and responsible host. He responded quickly to pre check-in questions, helped with early check-in, and clarified things as we got situated. Property is perfect for a larger group looking to spend a weekend in CLT and value is good if spending substantial time at the house for its amenities. Only thing is that the bulb for the golf simulator was out which was disappointing since it was a major attraction of the house. We checked with Brian a week ahead but the replacement bulb didn’t arrive in time, however he proactively reimbursed us a small amount which was appreciated.

Place was very nice and location was really good specially if you’re there for a game. Lots of entertainment on this location. Place was clean and has everything you need for your stay.
